Q Is your staff insured and vetted? A Yes we carry full insurance and our staff are personally vetted to ascertain their background & character
Q What happens if a cleaner loses the keys? A The keys held by us are coded so not traceable to the individual property and we would pay for a duplicate
Q Can we trust them with alarm codes? A The simple answer is yes. We pay higher than average rates to make sure we get the best staff possible so that you get the best service possible
Q Does your staff speak English? A All our staff speak excellent English because in most cases they are.
Q What areas of South Devon do you cover? A We cover the areas of Torbay & the South Hams but we do go further for contract work
Q Do I have to sign a contract? A You only sign a 1 year contract if your a business client or require or property management service
Q Can I freeze service if I am away? A Yes as long as we are given 4 weeks prior warning
Q Will I have the same cleaner every week and what happens In the event that our cleaner is sick or away? A As our service is tailored to your needs your cleaner will be kept consistent wherever possible and in the event of a holiday or sickness we will endeavor to make sure you have unbroken service.
